Madeline Kennon is a Georgia native, wife, mother, and self-taught artist who loves a pop of color. Through painting with acrylic and experimenting with a variety of textures, she focuses on creating colorful and meaningful work to best interpret her view of the beautiful world around her.

Madeline began creating bodies of work as well as unique commissioned pieces in 2016. While first pursuing a career as an elementary school teacher and nanny, Madeline always jumped at the opportunity to put a brush in her hand, until finally taking the leap as a full-time artist in 2022.

Madeline has participated in local artist markets such as the Georgia Club Tour of Homes and the annual Athens Academy Holiday Market. She has also participated in fine art shows including The Pretentious Collector (2020, 2021, 2022) and Trinity School’s Spotlight on Art (2023).

Madeline finds inspiration in her faith and aims to create work that glorifies God with the gift He has given her.
